58 magazines from all over the world got together to vote for the best products of 2003/2004 in more than 40 categories. RME HDSP 9632 was chosen as best Recording I/O Device!
The awards were presented to the winners at a special mipa-Party/Awards-Ceremony held during the Musikmesse / ProLight & Sound March 2004 (1st of april). More than 300 international representatives of manufacturers and distributors of musical instruments and audio equipment attended the 5th mipa Awards Show including guests from the USA, Canada, Japan, Brasilia, South Africa, Russia, Poland, Great Britain, Italy, France, Greece, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
This proves that the mipa Musikmesse International Press Award has become the "Grammy" of the Musical Instrument/Pro Audio industry.
RME went up against tough competition this year with Edirol and MotU, and came away hands-down the judges' favorite.
