Warranty terms

Synthax Hong Kong Limited warrants our distribution hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.

This warranty can be extended to two (2) years from the date of purchase. To be eligible for the extension of the warranty, the original purchaser must register the purchase of their RME product online at years. The terms and conditions of the original warranty will then apply for the term of the extended warranty period.  


Warranty terms and Conditions:


  1. Customer must be presented the dealer’s original invoice and warranty card when repair is required; otherwise customer will be paid the extra handling charges.
  2. All the repair service is only available in our maintenance center.
  3. The company will not responsible any damage or lose in direct or non-directly
  4. The device is over the warranty period, the company will charge a reasonable fee to provide maintenance services.
  5. This warranty service affect in Hong Kong and Macau only


The following circumstances are not covered under warranty:


  1. A serial number, the serial number has been altered, destroyed, conversion and serial number cannot be found in the sales records of the Company;
  2. Product had wrong operation, negligent use, such as overload or voltage instability and burned out;
  3. Product has been disassembled or non-technical staff repair or modification;
  4. Products are not provided by the original installation instructions;
  5. You unable to provide invoices or warranty card, the Company reserves the right to refuse to provide warranty service;
  6. Accessories


In case of any dispute, Synthax Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision; reserves the right to the terms of warranty will be changed without prior notice.
